She played the game with her heart on her sleeve, but after a shock fake double-elimination, and a second chance, OG Estelle Landy, was sent packing from the Big Brother house.
Estelle joined Rob McKnight on the TV Blackbox podcast to talk about what life was like the second time around in the house, her fight to keep the OG’s together, Taras’ betrayal, and her tumultuous relationship with Tim Dormer.
Fellow OG’s Estelle and Tim didn’t just clash in the house, but have also had choice words for each other on Twitter. In a series of explosive tweets, Tim expressed his opinion on Estelle’s gameplay.
When asked if the pair had spoken, Estelle said:
“Tim has reached out to me in the last few days, but to be honest I haven’t actually chosen to talk to him as yet.”
“Game aside, we had a friendship, and what’s gone on on social media was just pretty non-negotiable hard no for me.”
In a now deleted tweet, Tim drew comparisons between Estelle and Amber Heard, after her infamous court battle with former husband, Johnny Depp, and allegations of abuse.
Speaking to Rob, Estelle accepts her role in the now very public feud, but feels the reaction from Tim has been out of proportion:
“I probably had a poor choice of words in some tweets, but it definitely didn’t justify anything that I got back.”
When asked if she would be returning Tim’s call, she said:
“I’m definitely thinking about it, but I’d like to talk to him when the show is finished.”
“I do forgive, he’s a special person to me, and that’s why it hurt. So I’m definitely not completely closed off to it.”
The pair will be reunited for the first time at the live Big Brother finale next Tuesday 12th July.
