Jared Constable, a seasoned journalist with deep roots in regional Australia, has been named the new Network Sport Presenter for WIN News.

This appointment sees Constable spearheading the network’s sports bulletin that extends from Cairns to Hobart.

Hailing from Wagga Wagga and nurtured in Wollongong, Constable’s local upbringing and education at the University of Wollongong laid the foundation for his strong bond with regional Australia. His career commenced in 2014 at WIN News Riverina & MIA, post-graduation, marking the beginning of an impressive journey in journalism.

With a career encompassing roles such as Reporter, Chief of Staff, State Editor, and Presenter, Constable has demonstrated a profound dedication to news and sports coverage. His expertise has seen him guide viewers through significant events including elections, natural disasters, and notable sporting achievements.

Stepping into the role of WIN News Network Sports Presenter, Constable is set to lead the coverage of the highly anticipated Paris 2024 Olympic Games, starting this July. This appointment marks a decade since his initial internship and underscores his remarkable progression within WIN News.

Away from the news desk, Constable balances his professional life with a bustling family life, while still finding time to enjoy his favorite sports.
