Endemol Shine Australia has today announced the appointment of Amber Brown as Commercial Director, where she will lead the company’s commercial strategy and help identify new revenue opportunities.
The producer behind Married at First Sight, MasterChef Australia, RFDS and Australian Survivor says the newly created role will support the continued growth of its Australian business.
Based in Sydney, Brown will be responsible for shaping Endemol Shine Australia’s commercial strategy while supporting business growth across the company’s production slate and new revenue streams.
She joins the business with more than 20 years’ experience across the media, entertainment and technology sectors, having previously held senior commercial and partnership roles with BBC Studios, Uber, Meta, Fremantle, Nine and Publicis.
Endemol Shine Australia CEO Peter Newman said Brown’s experience across content, brands and partnerships made her well placed to support the company’s next phase of growth as the television landscape continues to evolve.

Brown said she sees significant opportunities to build new commercial partnerships around Endemol Shine Australia’s portfolio of productions.

Brown is understood to have already commenced in the newly created role and will report directly to Endemol Shine Australia CEO Peter Newman.
