Have You Been Paying Attention? locks in 2026 return date on 10

Fans of Have You Been Paying Attention? can mark their calendars, with the long-running news quiz show set to return for its 14th season on Monday, 4 May.

Fronted by Quizmaster Tom Gleisner, the series brings back regular panellists Ed Kavalee and Sam Pang, alongside a rotating line-up of comedians tackling the week’s headlines.

The format remains unchanged, blending current affairs with comedy as panellists dissect the news, challenge each other, and face questions from Gleisner. The program positions itself as an alternative take on the news cycle, where stories are treated with humour rather than straight reporting.

According to the network, the show aims to offer a lighter approach to the week’s events, with each episode featuring guest performers joining Kavalee and Pang in the quiz format.

The series has built its reputation on quick-fire questions, topical references and interactions between its regular cast and guests, with Gleisner guiding proceedings and fact-checking answers throughout.

The return comes as part of 10’s Monday night schedule, with the network promoting the program as a weekly fixture for viewers looking for an entertainment-focused take on current events.

Have You Been Paying Attention? returns Monday, 4 May at 8.40pm on 10.
