Shayna Jack’s time in the jungle has come to an end on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, but not without a string of triumphs along the way.

From facing her fear of crocodiles on day one to opening up about her journey back to the pool, the Olympic swimmer tackled every challenge with determination.

Along the way, she received a prestigious Medal of the Order of Australia and raised awareness for a cause close to her heart, supporting the Prostate Cancer Australia Foundation.

Sadly, it wasn’t the podium finish she had hoped for as Olympic gold medallist, Shayna Jack, was the next celebrity to be voted out of the jungle tonight.

Arriving as one of the two team captains, Shayna instantly got down and dirty as she and her crew of celebs had to crawl through some truly terrifying tunnels under the dam and immediately come face-to-face with one her biggest fear: crocs.

In camp, Shayna spoke candidly about the sacrifices she’s made to be an elite athlete, as well as the drug testing controversy that saw her banned from her beloved sport, and her incredible fight to get back in the pool which resulted in her winning two gold medals in Paris.

But the accolades don’t stop there, during her time in the jungle Shayna discovered she had been awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia.

Shayna’s jungle highlights include playing a wild game of bingo in a secret mission and going on a Macca’s Run with Tina Provis and Sam Thaiday, earning a McDonalds feast for the whole camp.

While Shayna, aka ‘The Bean Queen’, may not have become the MasterChef of the jungle, she did conquer any trial she faced including Hole Lotta Trouble, where she went face-to-face with Matty J and brought home the stars for the women of the camp.

Shayna’s time in the jungle was for an amazing cause, supporting the Prostate Cancer Australia Foundation.

“My dad got diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2023 and my fiancé’s pop died from prostate cancer,” Shayna said.

“The reason I want to support this important charity is because of how far they have come due to the research and support they offer.”

“My dad was able to catch it early because of the preventative measures in place.”

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues Monday To Thursday at 7.30pm and Sundays at 7:00pm on 10 and 10 Play
