Australian Survivor and Australian Idol both looking for some clear air for their finales in the coming week.

PRIMETIME ANALYSIS

Married At First Sight (1,588,000 avg) (lw 1.575m) on Nine remains the owner for 2024 primetime, as the penultimate episodes of Australian Idol (860,000 avg) (lw 856k) on Seven and Australian Survivor (670,000 avg) (lw 595k) on Channel 10 do their very best to hang on.

The commercial 7pm offerings start the week with the usual audiences:
A Current Affair (1,174,000 avg) on Nine
Home and Away (815,000 avg) on Seven
The Project (323,000 avg) (6:30pm-7:30pm) on 10.

Current affairs dominated the ABC’s Monday, with 7:30 (692,000 avg) (lw 609k) and Australian Story (675,000 avg) (lw 531k) delivering a strong base to the rest of the night, from 4 Corners (606,000 avg) (lw 609k) to Media Watch (608,000 avg) (lw 620k) and then Q+A (270,000 avg) (lw 296k).

The later primetime offerings for the commercial networks saw Australian Crime Stories (558,000 avg) on Nine come back with a win, followed by more of The Irrational (308,000 avg) on Seven and another repeat of FBI: Most Wanted (185,000 avg) on 10.
