Dutch revenge thriller DEAR MAMA arrives at SBS On Demand

When teenager Ralf (Shahine El-Hamus) grudgingly agrees to be the getaway driver for the burglary of an upscale villa, he has no idea what he’s really getting into.

The house belongs to Helen Möhring (Rifka Lodeizen) and her husband Werner (Guy Clemens), a couple living the dream of a wonderful marriage, successful careers and three happy, healthy teenage children.

As Ralf waits outside, Helen is confronted by his masked accomplice, who is holding her husband hostage. In a moment of panic, Helen surprises herself at lengths she will go to in order to protect her family.

As Helen is pushed into a nightmare that will test her limits, Ralf is pulled into a criminal underworld, desperately trying to uncover the mystery of what really happened inside the Möhring house.
