GOOD MORNING SAMOA, we’re only episodes away from the grand finale. Let’s recap Australian Survivor: Titans Vs Rebels S9 Ep 21, on Channel 10 and 10 play.
It’s Day 42 and there’s only 5 days left in the game. Most people are busy trying to consolidate their survivor resumes. As Caroline carves the marking in the tree for day 42, Kirby asks her, “Can I have that knife, since you just took it out of my back”. Except Kirby who’s in stage 1 of the grief cycle – denial – after losing her ride-or-die Rianna at last nights tribal council. Yep, she’s in denial – now that her bestie has been booted, there’s a very real chance she’s the next one going home.
Kirby starts rummaging through the bushes to find an idol that can save her, although that’s awfully hard when Kitty keeps getting in her way. All her efforts are wasted when Caroline finds herself an idol.
Whoever wins todays immunity will get a huge leg up on the vote. Dad jokes aside, whoever wins gains immunity from tonight’s tribal but it’s also leg day at some weird stepping and balancing challenge. Kirby hands over the immunity necklace and tells JLP he’s going to have to give it back to her.
“Kirby says she was going to walk out of this challenge with that necklace again and she does it!” JLP announces.
Kirby has won immunity and is safe from tonight’s vote. It’s great news for Kirby but horrible for Mark who is being forced to vote out one of his alliance buddies.
Mark, Ferras and Kirby are thinking of voting Kitty tonight and K&C (Kitty and Caroline) Coaches runs idly in the background. Their bus is originally planning for a head on collision with Mark. Caroline talks to Kirby and Feras and have them promise her they’ll vote for Mark but plot twist! Caroline is planning to use her new idol to protect Mark (Yes, I did write that correctly, she wants to use it to protect Mark) and vote Feras out.
It’s such a plot twist that even Mark is surprised she uses the idol to protect him. The votes start coming in, the first vote for Mark does not count, then the OG Rebels – Feras, Kirby and Raymond – flip the votes and the bus simultaneously. Kitty, Kitty, Kitty.
19th Person voted out of Australian Survivor 2024 is Kitty.
It’s officially end of the line for the K&C Coaches alliance and things came to a grinding halt sooner then expected but this alliance has a lot of kilometres on the ol’ odometre, so I guess that’s a plus.
If I ever meet Kitty, I want to ask her for secrets to youth, I also aspire to be 40 going on 21, in mind, body and spirit, just like her.
Good luck Queen.
