The audience welcomes back the ABC’s current affairs line-up…mostly…

You can almost set your clock by the ratings at 7:30pm now:
Married At First Sight (1,360,000 avg) (lw 1.429m) on Nine
Australian Idol (836,000 avg) (lw 834k) on Seven
Australian Survivor (560,000 avg) (lw 569k) on Channel 10.

The commercial 7pm race was easily won again by Nine’s public affairs ambulance-chasing:
A Current Affair (1,186,000 avg) on Nine
Home and Away (804,000 avg) on Seven
The Project (323,000 avg) (6:30pm-7:30pm) on 10.

The ABC’s Monday returned to full strength as the current affairs schedule to watch, starting with 7:30 (770,000 avg) (lw 749k), returns for Australian Story (750,000 avg) and Four Corners (916,000 avg). Media Watch (840,000 avg) (lw 732k) powered on, ahead of the season seventeen return for Q+A (366,000 avg), now permanently hosted by Patricia Karvelas.

The later timeslot played out with Big Miracles (482,000 avg) (lw 460k) taking the commercial win (*WAY* behind the ABC) on Nine ahead of Seven’s The Irrational (329,000 avg) (lw 389k) and 10’s first repeat of three FBI: Most Wanted (173,000 avg) (lw DNR) episodes.
