Prime Video has released the trailer and key visuals for its latest offering, “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” an intimate documentary focusing on Jennifer Lopez.
Directed by Jason Bergh, the film presents an in-depth look at Lopez’s bold venture into independently producing her new album alongside a cinematic original, marking a significant chapter in her journey towards self-love over two decades.
The documentary, produced by Artists Equity and set to premiere globally on Prime Video across more than 240 countries on February 27, delves into Lopez‘s efforts to redefine her narrative with the album “This Is Me…Now.”
It features personal interviews, behind-the-scenes footage with her close associates, and rare home video clips, offering a glimpse into the life of the pop icon as she embraces vulnerability and self-acceptance.
Amazon MGM Studios announced the project, highlighting its status as the inaugural documentary venture by Artists Equity, the studio and production company behind the film. The release coincides with Lopez’s new album “This is Me…Now” becoming available on all major music streaming platforms, along with the documentary “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story” streaming on Prime Video.
The documentary’s production team includes Courtney Baxter, Gillian Brown, Lindsay Utz, and Stephan Bielecki, with Dani Bernfield and Jason Bergh serving as executive producers, and Caitlin Alba-Rothstein and Eliza Comer as co-producers, showcasing a powerful narrative of Lopez’s relentless pursuit of reclaiming her story through music and film.
