Netflix have released the official trailer for the new Original Film Damsel, starring Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown in the lead role, from Oscar-nominated filmmaker Juan Carlos Fresnadillo.
A dutiful damsel (Millie Bobby Brown) agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt.
Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive.

Damsel further casting for the film includes Ray Winstone, Nick Robinson, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Brooke Carter, Angela Bassett and Robin Wright.
The film is Executive Produced by Millie Bobby Brown, Robert Brown, Dan Mazeau, Mark Bomback and Zack Roth. Directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, written by Dan Mazeau and produced by Chris Castaldi, Jeff Kirschenbaum and Joe Roth.
Damsel will be available to stream on Netflix, Friday 8th March 2024 at 6:00 PM AEST
