Channel 10 and Paramount+ are set to broadcast the Matildas’ pivotal matches in the AFC Women’s Olympic Football Tournament Paris 2024 Asian Qualifiers Round 3. The Australian national team will face the 47th-ranked Uzbekistan on February 24.

The squad will play the return leg in Australia on Wednesday, February 28, with live coverage starting from 7.30pm AEDT.

The winner of this tie secures a spot at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, making these matches crucial for the Matildas.

The team welcomes back Michelle Heyman of Canberra United FC, the leading scorer of the Liberty A-League Women’s, after a six-year break from international football. Chloe Logarzo from Western United rejoins the team as well. In the absence of the injured Sam Kerr, Steph Catley from Arsenal FC will captain the Matildas throughout these vital qualifiers.
