Casting has begun for a new Documentary Series, The Jury Project (working title) for an unknown Australian broadcaster to come in 2024.
The casting notice from production company Northern Pictures posted online reads:
“Ever wondered what it would be like to sit on a jury and to grapple with the evidence presented in a true crime case?”
“Northern Pictures are staging a trial and are seeking jurors to participate in court and give their verdicts for a documentary shining a light on the justice system.”
“The documentary will film in early April 2024. Filming will be in Sydney so participants will have to be local to this area.”
Producer Northern Pictures are behind other titles including Asking For It for SBS, Season 2 of Better Date Than Never premiering soon on the ABC, and Love on the Spectrum U.S. for international audiences on Netflix.
