Channel 10’s night up and down and a bit all over the place.

Channel 7

Home & Away (432,000) rock-solid consistent for Seven, and a full compliment audience returned for MKR (563,000) which is still performing well though has slid behind a drama-fuelled Block. RFDS (299,000) pulls another consistent audience on linear-first-broadcast which lifts with TotalTV numbers a week later (see below). Ambulance: Code Red (101,000) and Chicago Fire (34,000) run out the late night.

Seven first in both primary (23.6%) and network (32.8%) rankings.

Channel 9

Nine led strong with A Current Affair (669,000) and The Block (626,000), with the latter even lifting marginally on Monday’s result. Footy Classified (149,000 MEL/ADL/PER) and a repeat of Ray Warren: Calling Time (91,000 BNE/SYD) offer some hope though don’t draw many in either case. Love Triangle (62,000) draws a small audience (that hasn’t already found it on Stan) as a repeat of Chicago Med (DNR) closes things out.

Nine second in both primary (20.2%) and network (27.8%) rankings.

ABC

Again, 7:30 (426,000) and Kitchen Cabinet (327,000) are the ABC’s best for the night and lift Aunty into third in the slot and overall. The first part of The Whiteley Art Scandal (253,000) kept a reasonable chunk of the audience, before it left ahead of Makers of Modern Australia (155,000) and a repeat of Four Corners (35,000).

ABC third in both primary (11.9%) and network (16.8%) rankings.

Channel 10

The Project (168,000 6:30pm; 284,000 7pm) maintained a good portion of its audience from Monday for 10, however Shark Tank Australia (216,000) is really struggling in primetime, pushed to fourth. The Cheap Seats (325,000) is the standout for the Network – up from last week and the clear winner in the timeslot. Repeats of NCIS (126,000) and NCIS: Hawaii (59,000) fill out the rest of the night.

10 fourth in both primary (9.8%) and network (15.3%) rankings.

SBS

SBS’s Tuesday is reasonably consistent, allowing Great British Railway Journeys (144,000) to lead into Insight (78,000) and Dateline (64,000).

SBS fifth in both primary (3.9%) and network (7.4%) rankings.
