The change in hosting line-up and slightly amended format did OK though didn’t draw as much interest as previous years.

Nine again have an up and down night. A Current Affair (723,000) up significantly on last Monday, and then premiere of the sixth season of Australian Ninja Warrior (562,000) drops 29% on last year’s premiere and lands second overall in the slot. The first games of Wimbledon 2022 (247,000 Night; 139,000 Late; 55,000 Late Extended) roll through into the very early morning.
Nine first in both primary (22.6%) and network (29.4%) rankings.

Lifting slightly for 10 The Project (288,000 6:30pm; 440,000 7pm) is doing its best to pave the way for MasterChef Australia (579,000) which, despite slipping on last week, lands a solid first in primetime. Have You Been Paying Attention? (569,000) slides by nearly 100k though is still the biggest thing in the later night. The evening rounds out with Tom Gleeson: Lighten Up (214,000).
10 second(!) in primary (16.4%) and third in network (22.4%) rankings.

Home & Away (436,000) by far Seven’s best and that’s saying something, even though it was down on last week. Big Brother Australia (304,000) also drops, as the evening pivots to first run US drama through a double 9-1-1: Lone Star (150,000; 122,000) and then The Blacklist (34,000).
Seven third in primary (15.2%) and second in network (23.2%) rankings.

7:30 (595,000) and Australian Story (512,000) slip into third in primetime for the ABC, both lifting on last week. Four Corners (405,000) is down slightly, though Media Watch (377,000) is up slightly. India Now (192,000) also sees a reasonable lift, and a repeat of Q+A (36,000) closes out Aunty’s night.
ABC fourth in both primary (13.4%) and network (17.3%) rankings.

A slower Monday night for SBS, with Saving Lives at Sea (103,000), and then repeats of Cher and the Loneliest Elephant (71,000) and 24 Hours in Emergency (94,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (4%) and network (7.6%) rankings.
