The smash-hit Stan Original series sees Australia’s favourite family return.

Stan, Australia’s unrivalled home of original productions, today unveiled the trailer for season two of the smash-hit Stan Original Series Bump, which shattered viewing records in its premiere season.

When it comes to special brands of chaos, the Chalmers-Davis and Hernandez families are the gifts that keep on giving, and while Oly (Nathalie Morris) and Santi (Carlos Sanson Jr) continue to get to know each other, they discover just how much families can mess you up. Meanwhile, Angie (Claudia Karvan) ​​and Dom (Angus Sampson) continue to deal with the fallout of their separation and the complicated new relationships and dramas they have found themselves immersed in.

With life still freshly turned upside down, Oly and Santi have to make some big decisions as they juggle a work-life balance that includes high school and baby J, while building for their own future.

Bump Season 2 will premiere this Boxing Day, only on Stan.

The original season of Bump quickly became Stan’s biggest ever premiere, breaking the all-time viewing record for a new series on the platform, and drawing acclaim from both critics and viewers alike for being relatable and full of heart. Season two promises even more laughs, tears and triumphs, as Oly, Santi, Angie and Dom learn to navigate the unexpected world they have all suddenly found themselves in.

Bump is produced by acclaimed Australian production company Roadshow Rough Diamond and its founders Dan and John Edwards along with Claudia Karvan. The series is co-created by Kelsey Munro and Claudia Karvan, with the writing team also consisting of Kelsey Munro, Jessica Tuckwell, Timothy Lee, Mithila Gupta, Steven Arriagada and Dr Fernanda Penaloza. Season 2 is directed by Geoff Bennett, Matthew Moore, Jessica Tuckwell and Leticia Caceres.

Also returning for Season 2 are stars Paula Garcia as Rosa, Ioane Saula as Vince, Safia Arain as Reema, Claudia Di Giusti as Bernadita, Sarah Meacham as Madison, Ricardo Scheihing Vasquez as Matias, Miguel Andrade as Alejandro, Christian Byers as Bowie, and Jana Zvendeniuk as Katerina.

Bump Season 2 is the latest production from the partnership between Roadshow Rough Diamond and Stan, further solidifying Stan’s status as Australia’s unrivalled home of original productions.

Bump has proven to be a hit internationally in addition to domestically, with broadcast deals in place to air the series on the CW Network (US), BBC (UK), HBO Max (Latin America) and CBC (Canada) among many others.

Season 3 of Bump will commence production in early 2022.

The Stan Original Series Bump is produced by Roadshow Rough Diamond with major production investment from Screen Australia, and with financing support from Screen NSW. ITV Studios is managing international sales.
