LOVE ISLAND AUSTRALIA owns BVOD, as Aussie drama NEW GOLD MOUNTAIN slides in.

A Current Affair (691,000) continues to sit well under 800k, and while it wins the slot unchallenged it doesn’t seem to be recovering. The Block (851,000) continues to do massive business, and it’s only got one week to go. Love Island Australia (217,000) standard for overnights, and Total TV numbers through the roof thanks to BVOD figures. Botched (112,000) rolls the night out.
Nine first in both primary (21%) and network (30.5%) rankings.

Home and Away (587,000) back to sitting sub-600k, dropping nearly half its lead-in from Seven News. A Highway Patrol (358,000) special didn’t compete in primetime yet still landed third, and America’s Got Talent (269,000) pulls what has become a standard and acceptable figure for later night. A double ep of The Rookie (174,000; 125,000) completes the schedule.
Seven second in both primary (16.8%) and network (24.5%) rankings.

The ABC’s night always starts well when 7:30 (553,000) and Hard Quiz (595,000)
are paired together to come in second. Gruen (702,000) soft on previous years, though staying strong to win the 8:30pm timeslot (up on last week’s premiere).
Frayed (262,000) slips though last week’s ep lifts thanks to Total TV numbers, while a repeat of Back (113,000), and Adam Hills: The Last Leg (76,000) run comedy fans into the later night.
ABC third in primary (13.9%) and fourth in network (18%) rankings.

The Project (232,000 6:30pm; 378,000 7pm) was broadcast on 10, though the ratings numbers might not suggest it. The big news is The Bachelorette Australia (397,000) premieres to…let’s call them completely appalling numbers. This is the lowest premiere of the franchise history and while perhaps the Total TV figures will lift the series–I can’t see it improving from here. 10 only just announced it’s renewal for 2022 yesterday! New and repeat eps of Bull (183,000; 120,000) fill out the evening.
10 fourth in primary (11%) and third in network (18.1%) rankings.

SBS’s Wednesday rolled out Australia’s Health Revolution (247,000), 24 Hours In Emergency (175,000), and the penultimate ep of New Gold Mountain (111,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (5.8%) and network (8.8%) rankings.
