RECAP | Everyone is suspicious of KIRSTY and JESSE as MITCH and MARK finally score a win on THE BLOCK

In Tuesday nights episode of The Block, everyone is suspicious of Kirsty and Jesse and how they can afford to keep building their huge house with so many trades.

It’s four days until Backyard Week reveal and everyone is working frantically on The Block. This week is always one of the busiest on the show.

Vito finally gets his Plungie pool craned in, despite the fact a storm was brewing in Melbourne which made it difficult.

Josh and Luke are still going on about Kirsty and Jesse taking the Margaret River Trees, although most of the $60,000 budget went to Mitch and Mark. The Twins have a problem with Kirsty, they don’t like her or her attitude.

Kirsty and Jesse go back to Wangi Wangi for her Nan’s funeral.

Meanwhile there is drama brewing about the amount of trades Kirsty and Jesse have in House No.5. Kirsty and Jesse have pulled the Hi Pages lever this week which means they have more trades automatically.

Ronnie goes over to have a look, and thinks he counts 48 trades on site on House No.5. All the other houses are questioning how much money they are spending and are they getting special treatment.

Kirsty and Jesse are adamant. They are working very hard and plan and save money.

It’s the Domain Buyers Jury challenge time.

CHALLENGE REPORT – DOMAIN BUYERS JURY

All five houses open up for Alice Stolz from Domain and a buyer’s jury. They must clean their houses and present them, with the jury voting which house they like the best.

They also have a special visitor in Danny Wallis, who bought three houses on The Block last year. Danny will decide his favourite and whoever gets that, wins the gnome.

After a fun evening, Mitch and Mark take out the jury vote with $10,000 cash, and Kirsty and Jesse win the gnome thanks to Danny Wallis.

It’s Mitch and Mark’s first ever challenge win on the Block – breaking a two-season drought

The Block airs Sunday to Wednesday on Channel 9 and 9Now
