The second season of TV’s toughest test, SAS Australia, reaches its heart-stopping conclusion this week on Channel 7 and 7plus.

Monday 7.30pm, with just 48 hours to go, five celebrity recruits from the 18 who started remain – battered, bruised and hoping they’ve got what it takes to complete the course and pass SAS selection.

Dan Ewing, 35; Jana Pittman, 38; John Steffensen, 38; Mark Philippoussis, 44; and Sam Burgess, 32, will be pushed beyond their limits in tasks including one of the most dangerous extraction methods in the Special Forces and a merciless assault course.

In the most emotional scenes yet, the final five recruits will pour their hearts out writing death letters to their loved ones.

The epic final day on course airs Tuesday 7.30pm when Australia finds out which recruits pass selection.

“It all comes down to one question,”

says Chief Instructor Ant Middleton.

“Would I have this person by my side on the battlefield?”

Wednesday 7.30pm, the unmissable SAS Australia reunion special sees all 18 star recruits return to base camp one last time to debrief with the DS and talk about their life-changing experience on SAS selection.
