Host Jay Laga’aia brings together eight everyday Australians hoping to achieve their individual goals in a transformative journey where they will overcome their struggle to read, write, spell and change their lives forever.

In the premiere episode, Jay Laga’aia brings together eight everyday Australians that struggle to read and write in an emotional start to a nine-week intensive adult literacy program.

Two expert adult literacy teachers lead the course, with a bespoke approach centred around tangible practical goals and real-life challenges.

For these students, it’s a shocking start of a potentially transformative journey to be able to read, write, spell and change their lives forever.
