The youngest batch of Chefs ever arrive in Las Vegas to compete to be Chef Ramsay’s new protégé.
These “Young Gun” chefs are given a tour through the Hell’s Kitchen Museum where they see highlights from the last 19 seasons.
When they sit down to enjoy a documentary, a curtain is raised and they find themselves meeting Chef Ramsay.

The Chefs all cook their signature dishes, and the red team wins and is treated to a meal at GR Steak where they dine with Michelle Tribble, Christina Wilson, and Ariel Fox-Contreras. Later, Brynn has a panic attack and her team worries if she’ll make it through the next challenge.
