Production House CJZ have confirmed the team will be back this year…and the next!
With the announcement of Wil Anderson and CJZ’s new show Question Everything yesterday there was some concern this would see the end of one of the ABC’s most consistently high-rating programs in Gruen (also hosted by Anderson).
CJZ have confirmed that pre-production for the thirteenth season of Gruen is underway, with the regular panel of Todd Sampson and Russel Howcroft signing on. A number of the other panel members from across the advertising industry are believed to also have signed, including Dee Madigan.
To cover the hefty schedule of two programs running one after the other it is understood the production team has been split to cover the load. Agencies have been contacted and are also hard at work on their various briefs for popular segment The Pitch.
CJZ have additionally confirmed that plans are in place for Gruen to return in the ABC’s 2022 schedule, dispelling fears that the popular format was being retired or replaced.
It turns out they’re just going to make host and executive producer Anderson work a bit harder.
