Seven’s new shiny floor reality show DOA, racking up their second failure in 2021.

Nine’s night was always set to win – it was only every by how much. Married At First Sight (945,000) won the timeslot and the night by a significant margin. 60 Minutes (722,000) followed suit, maintaining a solid audience. A repeat of Uncovered: Killed by Hate (151,000) finishes a winning evening. Nine absolutely first in both primary (25.9%) & network (34.6%) shares.

Oh dear. Seven’s premiere of Ultimate Tag Australia (447,000) crashed and burned to third place in the timeslot and well off the pace…with still 9 episodes to go. GULP! A repeat of MOVIE: Kingsman – The Secret Service (281,000) did exactly as expected. Seven second – thanks only to their News product – in both primary (17.6%) & network (23.9%) shares.

10’s night was up and down, as usual. The Project (259,000 6:30pm; 369,000 7pm) drew a poor crowd, however The Amazing Race Australia (461,000) ticked up to be second in the timeslot and their best for the night, even though it was less than half of what was in first place. New and repeat eps of FBI: Most Wanted (176,000; 94,000) don’t really help at all. 10 third in both primary (10.8%) & network (17.6%) shares.

Grand Designs New Zealand (429,000) led the ABC’s night and was their best, though fourth in the timeslot (not much between second and fourth!). Harrow (382,000) and Silent Witness (271,000) draw their respective audiences, with a repeat of Patrick Melrose (51,000) rounding out their night. ABC fourth in both primary (11.9%) & network (15.9%) shares.
