Crab and Chicken in season final of Nigella’s Cook, Eat, Repeat tonight

In her armchair Nigella debates whether you should meddle with classics and concludes that in the case of her crab mac’n ’cheese it’s a must.

Her cheese sauce is laced with brown crab, gruyere and the warming heat of Aleppo pepper.
On the stairs she introduces a sweet treat, her mine-all-mine chocolate cookies that can be made in an instant when the need for something sweet is great.

Nigella’s next recipe owes a lot to one of the most precious recipes in her repertoire, her mother’s praised chicken. Her own version of chicken with orzo aims to recreate the same feelings of comfort and joy.

Nigella creates a rice pudding cake inspired by an Italian torta di riso whilst combining her love of the very British rice pudding. She serves it up with a raspberry jam sauce.
Finally creeping in late at night Nigella whips up a plate of nachos using her crab mac n’ cheese sauce.
