PRODIGAL SON returns for a new season this week on FOX ONE

Malcolm Bright, a former FBI profiler, is the son of a serial killer and suspects that he himself might become a sociopath.

He solves crimes for the NYPD as a form of absolution for his upbringing.

In season two, Bright has to take care of his sister and protect his mother from a secret that could tear the family apart all over again. To distract himself, Malcolm takes on a new case.

The Whitly family have got a major cover-up on their hands to deal with at the start of season 2, after Ainsley unexpectedly killed Dermot Mulroney’s slimy Nicholas Endicott.

So expect to see the series focus more on Ainsley and her own demons alongside Malcolm’s – her father is also a serial killer, after all.

PRODIGAL SON Season 2 premieres Wednesday January 20 at 9.00pm on FOX ONE or watch On Demand.
