The four-part documentary, directed by Nanette Burstein and featuring extensive interviews with Hillary Rodham Clinton herself, Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, friends and journalists, the series examines how she became at once one of the most admired and vilified women in the world.
Episode One: As Hillary Clinton launches her 2016 bid for the presidency, ‘The Golden Girl’ tells the story of her first political transformation – from a young suburban Republican to the iconoclastic First Lady of Arkansas.
