Australia’s 2020 Eurovision act Montaigne to woo Europe and the UK ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest

Australia’s 2020 Eurovision representative, 24-year-old singer-songwriter Montaigne, is heading abroad this month to perform at two of the biggest Eurovision Pre-Parties ahead of her Eurovision Song Contest performance in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in May.

After winning over the Australian public and national jury with her performance of Don’t Break Me at SBS’s national final Eurovision – Australia Decides in February, Montaigne has been invited to perform at the London Eurovision Party on Sunday, 29 March (GMT), and Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam on Saturday 4 April (CET).

Pre-parties are annual events held in various countries that give Eurovision representatives in each country the opportunity to perfect their performances and woo international fans ahead of the song contest.

London Eurovision Party

Sunday 29 March (GMT)

The British capital will once again play host to one of the most anticipated nights of the year for Eurovision fans from far and wide. Montaigne will perform at the London Eurovision Party to be held at the iconic Café de Paris venue in Leicester Square on 29 March along with bookies favourite The Roop from Lithuania, Austria’s Vincent Bueno, Spain’s Blas Cantó, Albania’s Arilena Ara, Latvia’s Samanta Tina, UK Eurovision alumni Michael Rice (2019), SuRie (2018) and more acts to be announced.

Eurovision in Concert, Amsterdam

Saturday 4 April (CET)

Eurovision in Concert is the largest Eurovision concert ahead of the official event in May. Montaigne will perform at Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam at one of the most renowned music venues in the Netherlands AFAS Live, along with France’s Tom Leeb, Germany’s Ben Dolic, Bulgarian artist Victoria, Hooverphonic from Belgium and many more Eurovision acts to be confirmed.
