The top secret auditions for BIG BROTHER 2020 have been leaked online after sensitive documents were left out in the open.

The notes, first published by Behind Big Brother and also obtained by TV Blackbox reveal the process producers must follow when selecting or rejecting potential housemates.

Auditions were held in Brisbane today at the Emporium Hotel. Producers set up in the Frangipiani Ballroom and followed strict guidelines when selecting people from groups for one-on-one interviews.

The documents show those who have been rejected will leave immediately, but those who advance to another round are given a ‘specific Disney’ card and moved to another area. We assume the Disney card represents the personality type of the person auditioning.

Once the auditions are completed, producers have 15 minutes to type up notes on why they have approved or rejected the contestant.

Five producers took part in the Brisbane auditions, allowing multiple sessions to happen simultaneously.

The process is a well-oiled machine allowing many wannabes to audition as possible.

TV Blackbox understands auditions started before the official announcement but the production company did not reveal which show they were casting for. We are told many people worked out they were auditioning for Big Brother based on the clues given to them during the audition process.

Filming for the new series is expected to take place from March to April but Seven are keeping the air date strictly confidential. There have been some indications it will air after the Olympics. As we also previously revealed the entire series will be filmed ahead of time. This was backed up by Seven’s head of programming Angus Ross in an interview with TV Tonight.

Also in the pile of documents was a call sheet for the Perth auditions, which have already been held. This sheet shows the auditions take place from 7am – 6.45pm, although those auditioning are not expected to be there the entire time.

One of the more intriguing papers left behind were topics printed in large type saying “MAFS OR SURVIVOR”, “VEGANISM” and “PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA”.
