After Sam Kerr’s heroics against Jamaica, Australia take on Norway in their do-or-die Round of 16 clash in Nice on Sunday morning (AEST).

“Some of Australia’s leading football pundits are providing the best insight and analysis across every match of the Women’s World Cup,” Optus Sport Executive Producer Richard Bayliss said.

“For the Matildas’ next match alone, we will have almost 500 caps for Australia between the broadcast team.”

Optus Sport’s extensive coverage of the Matildas match commences at 4.30am (AEST) on Sunday, with former Matilda and highly regarded journalist Amy Duggan hosting the match. Amy will be joined by former Matildas’ Cheryl Salisbury, Heather Garriock and Amy Chapman in the studio, while former Matilda Alicia Ferguson, former Socceroo Mark Schwarzer and reporters Niav Owens and Jules Breach will be pitchside in France throughout the coverage.

“We have loved watching every moment of this World Cup unfold in France, all the highs and the lows, and not missing a minute of the action,” Optus Sport host Amy Duggan said.
