The highly anticipated Lifetime movie sequel, HARRY & MEGHAN: BECOMING ROYAL, follows newlyweds through their first year
In celebration of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s first wedding anniversary and the arrival of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, Channel Seven has secured the Australian premiere of HARRY & MEGHAN: BECOMING ROYAL, the sequel to Lifetime’s 2018 hit movie Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance.
The new film continues the love story of newlyweds Prince Harry (Charlie Field, Genius) and American actress Meghan Markle (Tiffany Smith, Supernatural), pulling back the curtain to reveal the untold joys and challenges of life inside the Royal Family during their pivotal first year of marriage.
Beyond blending their families and cultures, Harry and Meghan’s core values are put to the test as they try to find the balance between honouring Royal tradition and staying true to their beliefs.
HARRY & MEGHAN: BECOMING ROYAL also stars Jordan Whalen as Prince William, Laura Mitchell as Kate Middleton, Maggie Sullivan as Queen Elizabeth II, Timothy Temple as Prince Philip, Charles Shaughnessy as Prince Charles, Deborah Ramsay as Camilla Parker Bowles and Bonnie Soper as Princess Diana.
The movie is executive produced by Merideth Finn and Michele Weiss. Menhaj Huda directs from a script by Scarlett Lacey.
