Warner Bros. and Discovery ANZ have confirmed the commissioning of the tenth season of Electric Pictures’ renowned series, Aussie Gold Hunters.
This announcement arrives just as fans eagerly await the eighth season’s premiere on Foxtel and Fetch on February 22 in Australia.
As the ninth season undergoes post-production, preparations for the upcoming season are already underway. Set to commence filming in the new year, the next chapter of Aussie Gold Hunters promises to deliver more enthralling quests for gold across the diverse terrains of Western Australia, Victoria, and Queensland.
In a unique approach to casting, Electric Pictures is on the lookout for gold prospectors in Western Australia. They seek individuals who are not only passionate about their pursuit but also have compelling stories to share with a global audience.
The executive production team for the series’ tenth installment includes Andrew Ogilvie and Andrea Quesnelle, along with Jason Giberti as the series producer and Jill Bailey as the line producer.
Celebrating its international success, Aussie Gold Hunters has been broadcast in over 140 countries, making it one of the highest-rated Australian commissions for Warner Bros. Discovery.
