Is it going to get better than this with what’s left of the year?
(Narrator: No, it is not.)

Channel 9

Again, A Current Affair (522,000) was Nine’s best though it was consistent through medi-ob-doc offerings RBT (414,000), which won the night, then Emergency (337,000), and a repeat of Big Miracles (162,000). A new ep of US drama Chicago Med (52,000) closed out the night.

Nine first in both primary (20.3%) and network (29.3%) rankings.

Channel 7

Home & Away (405,000) didn’t do heaps for Seven, though neither did the double repeat of Border Security (278,000; 268,000). The most eyes were gathered on The Front Bar: Year in Review (281,000) with a reasonable chunk hanging around for a repeat of The 1% Club Australia (167,000). A Friend of the Family (42,000) continued its unceremonious late-night run.

Seven second in both primary (19.8%) and network (28.7%) rankings.

ABC

7:30 (386,000) and Bill Bailey’s Wild West Australia (392,000) landed second in the slot for the ABC, before everything tipped over into repeats of Grand Designs (276,000), Miriam Margolyes: Almost Australian (125,000), and The Way We Wore (27,000).

ABC third in both primary (13.6%) and network (19.7%) rankings.

Channel 10

The Project (138,000 6:30pm; 202,000 7pm) filled the hour again for 10, however it was part 2 of the doco series Mirror Mirror: Are You Well? part 2 (167,000) that dropped in with little audience fanfare–though it will likely lift in the next week with TotalTV figures. Repeats of Law & Order: SVU (98,000) and The Cheap Seats (60,000), followed by new Blue Bloods (35,000), finished the Network’s offering.

10 fourth in both primary (7.2%) and network (14.3%) rankings.

SBS

More Secret World of Snacks (96,000) revealed on SBS, followed by some more excellent Aussie food TV with Adam & Poh’s Great Australian Bites (58,000) and then another repeat instalment of Coastal Ireland with Adrian Dunbar (56,000).

SBS fifth in both primary (3.8%) and network (8%) rankings.
