Optus Sport Showcases Football’s Biggest Rivalries in Epic Weekend Clash

Football aficionados are in for a treat with Optus Sport gearing up to broadcast two of the game’s most historic rivalries: the Manchester Derby and El Clásico.

In the heart of Manchester, Manchester United are keen on challenging their arch-rivals Manchester City, the latter team is in the race for what might be their fourth title in a row. Conversely, the Estadio Olimpico will be set ablaze as Barcelona prepare to host Real Madrid in their 255th LaLiga face-off. Real Madrid’s newest sensation, English player Jude Bellingham, will be eager to dazzle in his early days with the club against the long-standing foe.

The enthralling 191st Manchester Derby is set for Monday 30 October, at an early 2:30am (AEST) start. Preceding this, El Clásico will commence at 1:15am (AEST) on Sunday 29 October. Both matches promise unparalleled excitement and will be broadcasted live on Optus Sport.

“When the fixture lists are released at the start of every season, these are two that all football fans – regardless of their club affiliation – look out for,”
