Seven competitive though don’t win until the late night, but thanks to their News product and their consistency they take the night.

Channel 7

Home & Away (463,000) solid for Seven, and MKR (559,000) also good but not good enough to take the win. RFDS (324,000) also just pipped by Andy Lee’s show on Nine. Ambulance: Code Red (127,000) and Chicago Fire (31,000) keep a few entertained into the late evening.

Seven first in both primary (22.9%) and network (31.6%) rankings.

Channel 9

Out of the gate A Current Affair (679,000), The Block (621,000), and The Hundred with Andy Lee (332,000) all bring home wins in their respective timeslots. Love Triangle (103,000) and a repeat of Chicago Med (38,000) only maintain small audiences.

Nine second in both primary (21.1%) and network (28.4%) rankings.

ABC

After 7:30 (431,000)/Kitchen Cabinet (350,000) brought home third place in primetime before most of their audience stayed glued for The Whiteley Art Scandal (320,000). Makers of Modern Australia (153,000) and a repeat of Four Corners (47,000) filled out the rest of the night.

ABC third in both primary (12%) and network (17.2%) rankings.

Channel 10

The Project (153,000 6:30pm; 256,000 7pm) and Shark Tank Australia (223,000) both underperformed for 10 – and so early in the week. It dragged down The Cheap Seats (306,000) into third in the slot when it usually lands first…maybe the PM’s visit didn’t help? Repeats of NCIS (113,000) and NCIS: Hawaii (51,000) kept only hard-core fans entertained.

10 fourth in both primary (9%) and network (14.7%) rankings.
