ESPN To Broadcast All 92 FIBA MEN’S BASKETBALL WORLD CUP 2023 Games LIVE

ESPN will deliver the biggest FIBA MEN’S BASKETBALL WORLD CUP Australia has ever seen, with live and exclusive tournament action and wall to wall coverage.

Hoops fans will be able to catch every game LIVE across ESPN, ESPN2 and the ESPN App*, including every Boomers game live in primetime, and a dedicated FIBA World Cup wrap show, World Cup Live.

In a major win for Australian sporting fans, selected games from the tournament will be made available on Kayo Freebies.
 
Every Boomers game, every Team USA game and all Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, Third Place Game and the FIBA World Cup Final will be made available LIVE and FREE on ESPN via Kayo Freebies – which does not require a subscription. 
 
Kayo Freebies can be accessed by downloading the Kayo Sports app or visiting www.kayosports.com.au/freebies.
 
To unlock the action, fans simply create an account the same way they would for free-to-air streaming apps. Kayo Freebies is free to access, with no credit card details required.
 
The FIBA Men’s World Cup 2023 will be staged jointly by The Philippines, Japan and Indonesia, and the Australian Boomers are among the favorites to claim the title. A host of NBA and NBL talent will make up what is arguably Australia’s strongest ever squad.  
 
ESPN’s broadcast team for the tournament will feature host Neroli Meadows, Andrew Gaze, Trevor Gleeson, John Casey, Bec Allen, Kane Pitman and Olgun Uluc.
 
The FIBA Men’s World Cup 2023 begins on Friday August 25 – with the first game LIVE at 5.45pm AEST on the ESPN App*, when Italy meet Angola.
 
Throughout the FIBA Men’s World Cup Pool stage, ESPN will have eight live games per day, broadcast over ESPN, ESPN2 and the ESPN App*.
 
All ESPN and ESPN2 listed games will be available to watch on Foxtel, Kayo Sports and Fetch TV.
 
With the tournament being hosted in our region of the world, Aussie viewers will enjoy primetime international basketball every day of the tournament.
 
ESPN will again provide FIBA Minis and full game replays available On Demand– ensuring basketball fans experience the biggest FIBA Men’s Basketball World Cup Australia has ever seen.
