A unique tennis-themed edition of Australia’s much-loved game show, Millionaire Hot Seat, is set to air on Channel 9 and 9Now at 5.00pm Monday, July 3.
This specially curated episode will serve as a preamble to Channel 9’s extensive coverage of Wimbledon.
Guided by the charismatic host Eddie McGuire, the program will feature an impressive array of tennis professionals and sports figures, each playing in support of a charity of their choice. A true spectacle for tennis fans, this special episode promises both entertainment and philanthropy.
Todd Woodbridge, a 16-time Grand Slam doubles champion who is now a sports broadcaster for 9Network, will be one of the six distinguished guests taking the hot seat. Samantha Stosur, previously Australia’s number one doubles player, is also slated to participate.
Adding to the star-studded line-up is Dylan Alcott, who was honoured as the Australian Paralympian of the Year in 2016 and more recently as the Australian of the Year in 2022. Joining him will be Daria Saville, another well-known figure in the tennis world.
