If only Channel 10 could fix the rest of their night – imagine the force they could be (and how they wouldn’t land in fourth in the primary channel race)?!

Channel 7

Home & Away (482,000), again Seven’s best, did its best to draw an audience for Million Dollar Island Australia (283,000) which tipped up to its second-highest figure this season(!). The Rookie (187,000), The Rookie: Feds (134,000), and The Blacklist (44,000) maintain the interest only for late night fans of the respective US drama franchises.

Seven first in both primary (18.6%) and network (28%) rankings.

Channel 9

A Current Affair (630,000) opened Nine’s account with another solid win, before The Longest Feud: Chappell v Botham (350,000) lands a reasonable Tuesday audience to easily come second in the primetime slot. So few people understandably hung around for the debacle that is MOVIE: The Very Excellent Mr Dundee (138,000), which meant Chicago Med (43,000) and See No Evil (40,000) were on a hiding to nothing.

Nine second in both primary (16.5%) and network (24.8%) rankings.

ABC

7:30 (431,000) and the finale of The ABC of Germaine Greer (389,000) kicks off the ABC’s night, before running into The Black Hand (312,000), Louis Theroux interviews Stormzy (128,000), and a repeat of Four Corners (50,000).

ABC third in primary (12.8%) and fourth in network (18.6%) rankings.

Channel 10

Another solid Tuesday night for 10, starting with a buoyant The Project (179,000 6:30pm; 278,000 7pm) that supported another consistent episode of MasterChef Australia (452,000) which lands the primetime win. Also, The Cheap Seats (357,000) easily takes the following slot, followed by a double repeat of NCIS (95,000; 91,000).

10 fourth in primary (12.3%) and third in network (18.9%) rankings.

SBS

SBS fifth in both primary (5.1%) and network (9.7%) rankings.
