Channel 9

A Current Affair (741,000) runs strong for Nine, as does the season finale of Married At First Sight (1,066,000). RPA (395,000) also remains big, though after that it is basically audiences missing in action for 100% Footy (29,000) or Footy Classified (106,000) which are split based on state-code affiliation.

Nine first in both primary (30.1%) and network (36.5%) rankings.

Channel 7

After Home & Away (486,000) Seven checks out for the holidays. Highway Patrol (266,000; 243,000) draws a small audience that pushes it into a distant fourth in the slot, and a repeat of MOVIE: Crazy Rich Asians (131,000) barely scrapes viewers.

Seven second in both primary (15.5%) and network (22.5%) rankings.


ABC

7:30 (508,000) and Australian Story (416,000) dip just into third place in primetime for the ABC, while Four Corners (329,000) and Media Watch (386,000) drop on last week’s audience. Q+A (224,000) bolsters its audience a little, followed into the late night by China Tonight (64,000).

ABC third in primary (12.9%) and fourth in network (17%) rankings.


Channel 10

The Project (201,000 6:30pm; 301,000 7pm) holds strong for 10 as it led into I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! (465,000), which dropped on the previous night’s season premiere, however managed to retain second place in the slot. Would I Lie To You? Australia (258,000) continues to hold a loyal audience, while Ghosts (101,000) doesn’t really and a repeat of Best of the Sydney Comedy Festival (50,000) is basically placeholder.

10 fourth in primary (11.7%) and third in network (17.1%) rankings.

SBS

Britain By Beach (93,000) led a night of diminishing returns for SBS, followed by Irish Road Trip with Miriam Margolyes (88,000) and repeat of 24 Hours in Emergency (43,000).

SBS fifth in both primary (3.4%) and network (6.9%) rankings.


KEY DEMOS

16-39: Married At First Sight (223,000) beat out Seven News 6pm/6:30pm, A Current Affair, and I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!

18-49: Married At First Sight (389,000) led Seven News 6pm/6:30pm, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, and Nine News 6:30pm.

25-54: Married At First Sight (454,000) delivers a final triple-demo crown for this season, followed by Seven News 6pm/6:30pm, Nine News 6:30pm, and I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!.


MULTI-CHANNELS

Bluey – AM (129,000) scores another multi-channel win for ABC Kids/TV Plus.

One change to the previous week’s primetime line-up after the Total TV figures were added: Married At First Sight (Nine) lifted 48% to 1,825,000; Australian Survivor – finale/winner (10) lifted 32%/29% to 1,010,000/1,094,000; and Highway Patrol (Seven) lifted 8%/8% to 523,000/497,000.

The BVOD best were Married At First Sight (502,000), Survivor Australia – Winner (188,000), Survivor Australia – Finale (182,000), Home and Away (150,000), and Australian Story (109,000).
