Are 10’s audience fatigued by a slew of new (and pretty average) reality formats?

Home & Away (447,000) kicks the week off with a reasonable second place in the slot for Seven, which was followed by Tina Arena’s This Is Your Life (532,000) which proved again to be the spoiler the Network needed. US dramas 9-1-1 (239,000) and S.W.A.T. (97,000) draw in their fans, while Heartbreak Island Australia (29,000) attracts only a small audience on linear broadcast in late night.
Seven first in both primary (21.6%) and network (30%) rankings.

A Current Affair (630,000) is Nine’s only good news as My Mum, Your Dad (368,000) struggles to stick third place. Under Investigation (241,000) isn’t doing any better, while repeats of Suburban Gangsters (137,000) and The Equalizer (31,000) collect a diminishing audience.
Nine second in both primary (18.9%) and network (26.3%) rankings.

7:30 (473,000) and Australian Story (514,000) again couple together to deliver a solid second place in primetime for the ABC. Four Corners (306,000) and Media Watch (380,000) perform reliably, followed by Planet America (275,000) and repeats of Parkinson in Australia (119,000) and Q+A (25,000) sliding into the late evening.
ABC third in both primary (14.1%) and network (20%) rankings.

The Project (208,000 6:30pm; 337,000 7pm) delivers what will be its best for the week on 10, followed by the very lacklustre premiere of The Challenge Australia (257,000) which drew exactly the same audience that the premiere of The Traitors Australia did. Ghosts (131,000) draws minimal interest, and then new and repeat eps of FBI: Most Wanted (99,000; 86,000) attract a small and loyal audience.
10 fourth in both primary (8.5.%) and network (15.4%) rankings.

Celebrity Letters and Numbers (68,000) continues to struggle for SBS, affecting Scotland’s Extreme Medics (104,000) and Making Sense of Cancer with Hannah Fry (63,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (3.7%) and network (8.2%) rankings.
