10’s ratings hopes continue to sink slowly into the sunset.

Home & Away (481,000) trudges on for Seven, at least giving the finale of MKR (586,000 avg (528,000 finale; 643,000 winner)) a chance of rating decently as the show delivers its best all season. Martin Clunes: Islands of the Pacific (219,000) is a swap-about placeholder in non-AFL states as The Front Bar (293,000 (189,000 MEL)) takes hold in the AFL ones. Chicago Fire (41,000) captured a few hardcore fans.
Seven first in primary (22.3%) and second in network (29.1%) rankings.

A Current Affair (641,000) continues to own 7pm for Nine, as does The Block (744,000) in the primetime slot. After the Verdict (287,000) plods along with some half-decent first-run numbers (again, Total TV is helping here). Family Law (98,000) and a repeat of Chicago Med (49,000) fill out the later night.
Nine second in primary (21.1%) and first in network (29.3%) rankings.

7:30 (470,000) and a repeat of Hard Quiz (454,000) slip the ABC into third place in primetime again, which also lifts Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell (481,000). The premiere of Summer Love (290,000) gathers a small audience though very likely to improve significantly with Total TV figures. Win The Week (163,000) continues its ratings slide into oblivion, kind of propped up by Adam Hills: The Last Leg (106,000) and a repeat of Spicks and Specks (DNR).
ABC third in both primary (12.9%) and network (17.2%) rankings.

The Project (189,000 6:30pm; 316,000 7pm) was broadcast with few paying attention to it and 10, which isn’t helping The Amazing Race Australia (342,000) at all – even though this season is proving to be quite compelling. Ghosts (169,000) and a double repeat of Bull (102,000; 75,000) finish the night similar to the way it started.
10 fourth in both primary (10%) and network (15.8%) rankings.

A repeat of Tony Robinson’s History of Britain (163,000) offered a slow start to SBS, which allowed a repeat of Secret of Scotland (147,000) and a new ep of The Stranger (49,000) to continue the trend.
SBS fifth in both primary (4.1%) and network (8.6%) rankings.
