Season 3 of Channel 9’s observational documentary series Emergency continues tonight providing viewers with a captivating behind-the-scenes look into the raw and real inner workings of Victoria’s biggest emergency hospital.

More than 250 patients come through the doors of The Royal Melbourne Hospital every day.

In tonight’s episode, a car crash survivor needs litres of blood, but Dr Martin is struggling to find a vein that hasn’t collapsed. Dr Mya is juggling patients like balls in the air and hoping not to drop any.
