Coming up on tonight’s show:
DR HARRY – GETTING ROSIE BABY-READY
Rosie the golden cocker spaniel has two loving owners, Maddie and Harrison, whose life is about to change in the best way: they’re expecting their first child! But no one consulted Rosie about it first…and she’s not happy. Rosie can sense something’s changed and has become more standoffish and protective as a result.
MELISSA – HOW DO YOU GROW A MANDARIN? & CLARISSA – MANDARIN TRIFLE
Juicy, packed with vitamin C and with its own built-in packaging…what’s not to love about mandarins? Melissa and Clarissa are travelling to the small town of Gayndah, about two hours south-west of Bundaberg, to visit Queensland’s citrus capital. Here at Turnbury Orchard, fourth-generation farmer Sandy McLay grows the best mandarins around…and they’re all picked by hand.

CHARLIE + JULIET – THE STUNNING SCENIC RIM OFF-ROAD ESCAPE
At this time of year, we’re all dreaming of escaping the winter chill for a warmer climate…and Charlie and Juliet have found the perfect spot! They’re in Queensland’s Scenic Rim, which is just an hour’s drive from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast but feels like it’s worlds away.
JOHANNA – AMAZING HOME: THE IMPOSSIBLE HOUSE
Have you ever considered living off grid? It’s only for people living in remote areas, with no easy connection to power, water, and waste services…right? Johanna’s meeting an inner-city dweller turning the whole idea of ‘off grid’ on its head. Dr Laura Ryan lives in a small Sydney terrace which she’s managed to make almost entirely self-sufficient. There are solar panels, five large water tanks under the rear extension and even an incinerating toilet!
ADAM – DRAUGHTY DOOR
If you live in an old house, chances are the flooring will have changed a few times over the years…and the bottom of your doors might now be sitting a little higher than they should be. Adam’s sharing a clever hack for getting rid of the large gap at the bottom of your door, and it’ll work even if your door isn’t perfectly even.
