Aussie stars headline World Athletics Indoor Championships across Nine

Nine is bringing the world’s best track and field athletes to Australian screens, with a packed weekend of competition set to play out live and free.

Australia’s top performers will go head to head with the globe’s elite at the World Athletics Indoor Championships 2026, broadcast exclusive, live and free on 9Go! and 9Now from Poland.

The coverage follows Nine’s recent run with the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo late last year, continuing its push into premium global athletics.

The green and gold line up is led by Jessica Hull, Nicola Olyslagers and Peter Bol, all aiming to make their mark on the international stage.

Hull returns after her Paris Olympic silver, while Bol doubles up across middle distance events alongside emerging talents Bob Abdelrahim and Hayley Kitching.
