In a shocking turn of events last night, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! saw not one but two stars exit the jungle, as Sigrid Thornton and Tina Provis said their goodbyes.

The pair, known for their courage and memorable moments in the camp, left behind a quieter jungle, each leaving their mark on their fellow celebrities and viewers alike.

It was double the heartbreak tonight as we said goodbye to not one but two of our beloved celebs with Sigrid Thornton and Tina Provis leaving the camp.

Sigrid may be a multi-award-winning actor but she leaves the jungle with her most impressive accolade yet: the record for the longest time spent in the Viper Room, clocking an impressive 33 minutes surrounded by 170 snakes. Sigrid’s other trial highlights included being tied to train tracks in Train-Stopping, and making her way across a rickety bridge in Tune of Doom.

During her time in camp, Sigrid wowed her fellow celebs with the tales of her celebrity encounters. From dinner with the Queen to meeting David Bowie, Sigrid also opened up about her recent ADHD diagnosis, and shared stories about her mum’s activism in the 1960s, which included chaining herself to the bar rail of the Regatta Hotel in Brisbane.

Sigrid’s time in the jungle was in support of Dementia Australia, she explained:

“Dementia is a problem that most families will encounter. It is very challenging to see a loved one ‘disappear’ and to lose connection with the people close to them.”

“It was painful to see this happen to my mother who lived most of her life as a very intelligent, strong and focused person.”

“My charity provides support to families dealing with dementia and is also supporting research to find strategies to better deal with the condition.”

And camp will be a lot quieter as we farewell our resident scream queen Tina, who made quite an impact on our eardrums during her first trial Under the Dam. Tina squealed her way through a Frosty Welcome, brought home the burgers in the Great Aussie Run (aka The Maccas Run), and had us screaming with laughter during the Block-Bug-Ster Video eating trial.

During her time in camp, Tina opened up about overcoming bullying when she was growing up, being a woman of colour in the media, the response to her time on Love Island, and the power that representation can have.

Tina’s time in camp has also been in support of Dementia Australia, a cause very close to her heart.

“Dementia has had a big impact on my life, as we lost my Pop to the condition.”

“Watching someone you love go through dementia is heartbreaking, and it is equally heartbreaking to see the impact it has on your whole family as they slowly say goodbye to the person they knew so well,” she said.

“Dementia Australia helps to support people living with dementia, their families, and carers. They also support vital research and health workers providing essential care to those affected,” Tina continued.

“I know firsthand that dementia has a flow-on effect, causing huge pressure and strain for families as they look to care for those they love.”

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm and Sunday at 7pm on 10 and 10 Play

    • Beryl Parker how do so many know who is going to win? I am confused as I think they all stand a chance. Everyone has completed challenges and had input in conversations.

    • Dawn Fenn Reggie is incredible an inspiring woman mother – she will lose her sight she will not be able to see her children that is horrendous
She is so positive so uplifting to others regardless of her situation
I hope she does win as those funds would help so many people
Sight is something we take for granted
God bless her in every way

      • Danielle Bruce how she she more inspiring as a mother than most. There are many mothers with disabities that work hard just get on with it. She is looking for a media gig for easy bucks. Her funds won’t help anyone but herself. All the charities get a donation.

      • Sharon Marie Martin call it life experience as a health professional, seen a lot to inspire me from parents. Looked after kids with CF, their parents would do anything to make life better for those kids, despite having disabilities themselves. It surprised me that CF foundation was not a priority for a mother with a child with this terrible disorder that is life threatening. Blindness is not and she has had many healthy years.

Wrong …All contestents get a “salary” payout for their time on the show according to how many days they last & the amount varies according to their standing & popularity In Society or in their chosen Career, be it as a personality on TV, Film, Reality Show or as a Comedian or an Athlete etc.
Only the Winners Chosen Charity, will get the $100,000 Prize.
Reggie is not going to benefit as someone, “looking for a media gig for easy bucks” as you so say & if you don’t know any more than that about her, suggest you stop judging only by what you see, without kowing the full facts & do some research.
Reggie has not been the only one on the show to tell her story & point out their problems in life … & as many are saying , “attract Sympathy votes”. Many issues have been brought up to create awareness & some will relate to the Contestants chosen Charity, should they be the Winner of the $100,000 Prize.

    • Dawn Fenn even if Reggi does win. She should not be considered a sympathy vote . She has as much right as anyone else to be in the competition & to be treated like all the other contestants. She should not be singled out & treated differently.

  1. I don’t think Dave Hughes ,Sigrid or Tina should have been voted, they did so well in the trials , Reggie on the other hand has done one trial ,with her eye sight so bad I don’t understand what she is doing on the show ,I hope she doesn’t win based solely on sympathetic votes,it wouldn’t be fair on the ones that have tried so hard in the trials. Before any key board warriors dish on me I have 3 brothers who have the same eye condition as Reggie plus they are deaf as well,so I know what she is going through.

  2. Yes 100 percent agree ! Reggie has every right to win just like all the others . She isn’t any different to the others .I wish people wouldn’t say she will only win for sympathy votes.I don’t agree at all .Just cause she’s losing her eyesight doesn’t make her any more less of a person or to win for that matter .I really hope she takes the win Reggie is doing it for herself her kids & her charity .And not to get the sympathy vote.Ill be happy with whoever takes the win but im going for Team Reg !!❤️
