PRIMETIME ANALYSIS

The long-awaited 28 minute (and final? TBC) episode of Bluey (2,288,000 avg) on ABC Kids draws quite a crowd, which will only get bigger in the next week/month with consolidated figures. WOW!

In commercial primetime, the premiere of season 14 of Farmer Wants A Wife (1,015,000 avg) on Seven takes a solid lead over the premiere of season six of Lego Masters Australia vs The World (874,000 avg) on Nine. I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Australia (650,000 avg) (lw 564k) on Channel 10 hanging in there yet distant.

The Sunday Project (359,000 avg) (lw 293k) on 10 finds a larger audience, in no small part for its large portions dedicated to the tragedy on Saturday afternoon at Westfield Bondi Junction.

The ABC delivered a strong offering, starting with the season premiere of Call the Midwife (627,000 avg), and then the audience lifted for Vera (864,000 avg) (lw 876k) which took the later primetime slot.

In the returning battle of Sunday public affairs, 60 Minutes (605,000 avg) (lw 734k) on Nine slips week-on-week, though managed to stay ahead of the return of the beleaguered 7News Spotlight (548,000 avg) on Seven. FBI (284,000 avg) (lw 204k) on 10 isn’t even in the hunt.
