The second last ep of Seven’s game show forces 10’s new reality format into third.

Channel 9

An earlier timeslot for 60 Minutes (511,000) offers a good audience (not as good as last week off the back of The Block finale) for Nine, though the rushed-in HBO doco The Bee Gees: How Can You Mend A Broken Heart (390,000) remains solid, and the pair help lift Nine to the primary channel and Network wins for the night. Repeats of Under Investigation (111,000) and Text Me When You Get Home (57,000) are consistent week-on-week as they filled out the schedule.

Nine first in both primary (21.8%) and network (29.7%) rankings.

Seven opened the night with a winning result for The 1% Club Australia (643,000), boosting Border Security (433,000) which also maintains a reasonably sizeable audience. Repeat of Homicide: with Ron Iddles (278,000), Air Crash Investigations (146,000), and Evil By Design (60,000) ruled the remainder of the night.

Seven second in both primary (21.3%) and network (28.3%) rankings.

ABC

Both Joanna Lumley’s Spice Trail Adventure (443,000) and Annika (437,000) tick up week-on-week as they led the ABC’s night, and offered a good audience for Shetland (292,000). Repeats of Total Control (51,000) and Troppo (DNR) fill out the late night.

ABC third in both primary (14%) and network (18.5%) rankings.

Channel 10

The Sunday Project (144,000 6:30pm; 222,000 7pm) lifted on last week for 10 as it built into the series premiere of MasterChef: Dessert Masters (477,000) – delivering a strong audience though not enough to win the slot. FBI (153,000) also lifted on last week’s poor showing (as well as seeing lifts in Total TV) before dropping into a
repeat of NCIS Hawaii (84,000).

10 fourth in both primary (10.7%) and network (15.9%) rankings.

SBS

A smaller night for SBS, kicking off with Treasures of India with Bettany Hughes (72,000) and through into JFK Revisited: Through the Looking Glass (106,000).

SBS fifth in both primary (4.4%) and network (7..6%) rankings.

  1. I like the show but the presenter is so annoying and he tries to hard to be funny. So we give it a miss now.
