Channel 10 offered their very best and delivered a solid third place.
Channel 9
A return to smaller audiences meant A Current Affair (622,000) won its slot with its lowest numbers so far this week. The rest of the night leaned into medical ob docs with RBT (440,000), Emergency (298,000), and a repeat of Big Miracles (117,000), before shifting to a late night airing of US drama Chicago Med (43,000).
Nine first in both primary (18.8%) and network (26%) rankings.
Channel 7
Home & Away (419,000 7pm; 372,000 7:30pm Late) gave Seven a boost early in the night before a repeat of Highway Patrol (203,000) and a repeat of MOVIE: Kingsman: The Secret Service (191,000) retained only a small segment of the available viewing audience.
Seven second in both primary (17.4%) and network (24.5%) rankings.
Channel 10
The Project (150,000 6:30pm; 256,000 7pm) maintained its late week rage and even lifted on last week’s numbers, thanks to The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition (383,000) (also lifting week-on-week) which remains a real success for 10. Celebrity Gogglebox Australia (433,000) went up on last week’s normal season finale, guaranteeing the timeslot win. A sizeable audience tuned in for Football: Matildas v Iran (361,000 (207,000 10 SYD/MEL; 154,000 10 Bold BNE/ADL/PER)) in the later night and gave the primary channel and network its best share in months.
10 third in both primary (15.8%) and network (24.2%) rankings.
ABC
7:30 (408,000) came out as the ABC’s best for the night which flowed into Martin Clunes: Islands of the Pacific (323,000), delivering a smaller audience for the latter. Repeats of Grand Designs (227,000), Griff’s Great Australia Rail Trip (186,000), and Old People’s Home For Teenagers (24,000) filled out the rest of Aunty’s night.
ABC fourth in both primary (11.9%) and network (17.4%) rankings.
SBS
Every Family Has A Secret (159,000) continued on SBS (down on last week, followed by new Luke Nguyen’s India (56,000) and the premiere of Erotic Stories (73,000 double ep average).
SBS fifth in both primary (4.2%) and network (7.9%) rankings.
KEY DEMOS
16-39: Nine News 6pm (96,000) led Nine News 6:30pm, Celebrity Gogglebox Australia, A Current Affair, and The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition.
18-49: Celebrity Gogglebox Australia (169,000) beat Nine News 6:30pm, The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition, Nine News 6pm, and Football: Matildas v Iran.
25-54: Celebrity Gogglebox Australia (209,000) was followed by Seven News 6:30pm, Nine News 6:30pm/6pm, and The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition.

The BVOD best were Home and Away (148,000), and The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition (109,000).
