The channel’s Executive Director, Steve Crawley, stated that Fox League is privileged to have Meninga fronting Super Saturday with Sampson.

“Rugby League is entering a new era with the Dolphins joining the competition and we’ll be there every step of the way to bring fans closer to the action on Fox League.

We’re privileged to have an immortal in Mal Meninga front Super Saturday for us alongside Yvonne Sampson – while the Matty Johns Show and NRL 360 return bigger and better than ever before.”

NRL 360 will continue to set the news agenda with host Braith Anasta and Paul Kent analyzing every aspect of the 2023 season, with the best rugby league journalists in the game and a rotating panel of former star players, including Gorden Tallis, Cooper Cronk, Michael Ennis, and Corey Parker.

On Monday nights, Yvonne Sampson and Jake Duke will interview key characters in and around rugby league on Face-to-Face on Fox to deliver compelling storytelling. Meanwhile, the Matty Johns Podcast will return on Tuesday, offering analysis from the game’s greatest minds.

The channel’s 2023 programming lineup also includes an extended pre-game coverage on Thursday nights, a 90-minute preview before the first kick-off of the round, with Jess Yates, Gorden Tallis, Greg Alexander, and Michael Ennis previewing the biggest matches and showcasing the game’s superstars.

Fans can also catch The Late Show with Matty Johns Live on Thursdays, which delivers footy’s funniest panel, including Gorden Tallis, Bryan Fletcher, and Nathan Hindmarsh. Fridays on Fox League will have extended post-game coverage with the first word on the biggest talking points of the round.

Fox League’s Super Saturday exclusive triple-header will be rounded out with Yvonne Sampson, Mal Meninga, and Cooper Cronk in the refreshed Clive Churchill studio, including special features from NRL host Hannah Hollis.
