A joint investigation between 60 Minutes, Sydney Morning Herald and The Age this week revealed the dreadful price some of Dr Teo’s patients have paid for believing the hype that he can perform medical miracles.
Families of the patients of Dr Teo claim they were made to pay large sums of money for operations that proved to be futile and left patients catastrophically injured.
And now Dr Teo has his say.

Tell 60 minutes to get off their microphone and do better. I would put my life in Charlie Teos’ hand in a heartbeat, even if it meant a bad outcome. At least he tried.
Thank God for Dr Teo. It’s never good when you are the one things DONT work out for but if it weren’t for Dr Teo that number would be for the thousands he did successfully held as well as the smaller percentage he wasn’t able to help. He’s the only one prepared to try. 60 Minutes are a shameful show. Their record is they help so few and damage so many. Charlie helps so many and damages so few.
