THE BLOCK continues to be the biggest thing in primetime TV.

Seven’s night was really focused around 2022 AFL Brownlow Medal (807,000 (746,000 Seven MEL/ADL; 61,000 7mate BNE/SYD/PER)) and how as many people as possible could watch the traditional grand final week event (486,000 in Melbourne alone!). In non-AFL states the schedule was split into 7news Spotlight (356,000), Border Security (117,000 BNE/SYD), MOVIE: The Queen (94,000 (69,000 Seven BNE/SYD; 25,000 7TWO MEL/ADL/PER)), and Queen and Country (43,000 (43,000 Seven BNE/SYD; DNR 7TWO MEL/ADL/PER)).
Seven first in both primary (30.7%) and network (38.6%) rankings.

The Block (948,000) delivers another big one for Nine, followed by another strong audience for 60 Minutes (463,000). The network then turned to preparations for Monday’s big funeral with Nine News: Queen Elizabeth II (192,000) and Nine News: Remembering Queen Elizabeth II (63,000).
Nine second in both primary (23.2%) and network (28.7%) rankings.

Spicks And Specks (446,000) led for the ABC, offering reasonable money. Savage River (283,000) maintains its first run broadcast numbers which are picking up in Total TV a week later, with Silent Witness (174,000) doing similar. The evening rounds out with repeats of Summer Love (49,000) and The Newsreader (26,000).
ABC third in both primary (10.1%) and network (13.4%) rankings.

The Sunday Project (232,000 6:30pm; 279,000 7pm) is not even close to competitive for 10, and this is impacting The Amazing Race Australia (291,000), which is now seriously struggling, crashing to its smallest number this season. US dramas NCIS: Hawaii (123,000) and a repeat of FBI (69,000) collect few viewers in the late night.
10 fourth in both primary (7.6%) and network (12.2%) rankings.

SBS have a historical night with Egypt Code Breakers (123,000) and double ep repeat of Lost Pyramids of the Aztecs (,000) (coded average).
SBS fifth in both primary (3.9%) and network (7.1%) rankings.
